PATTERN MAKING PROCESS
Casting
is one in which the metal product manufacturing techniques melted in melting
furnace and then poured into the cavity of the print which is similar to the
original form of the product being designed. Print cavity itself can be defined
as a place in pouring molten metal into molds. Cavity
shape is the same as objects that will be created. Printed cavity is
made using a pattern.
The pattern is the molding of stone tools used as a mall for the molding. The accuracy is determined by the pattern of pattern making.

Process assembling

of molding sand use required pattern. The
pattern is a shape and size of objects similar to its original shape. Patterns
can be made of wood or metal.
In
the process of pattern making necessary steps according to the procedure so
that no construction is done twice or more.
Accuracy,
attention to detail, skill workshops using tool greatly affect the resulting
